Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the WarmiDev site and platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

What WarmiDev is

WarmiDev is an open programming bootcamp for women. The platform includes a week-by-week syllabus with classes and resources, Warmix (an AI assistant) and a certificate of completion. Some features may still be in preparation.

Your account

• Use truthful information when you sign up.
• Keep access to your account safe: you are responsible for what is done with it.
• If you are under 14, you need permission from your mother, father or guardian.

Acceptable use

To keep WarmiDev a safe space, you may not:

• Harass, discriminate against or disrespect other people in the community.
• Try to access accounts or systems without authorization, or disrupt the platform.
• Use bots or scripts to download content in bulk or to abuse Warmix.
• Post or send content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

Bootcamp content

The classes, texts, materials, design and trademarks of WarmiDev belong to WarmiDev or to their authors. You may use them for your personal learning, but not sell them or publish them as your own without permission. Some resources link to third-party sites, which have their own terms.

Warmix

Warmix generates its answers with artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Check important information with your mentors and do not share sensitive data with it, such as passwords or bank details.

Certificate

The certificate of completion recognizes your participation in the WarmiDev bootcamp. It is not an official degree and does not guarantee a job or any other academic or professional outcome.

Availability and changes

We provide the platform as is and as available. We may update, change or discontinue features, content or dates, and we will try to let you know in advance when a change affects you.

Liability

WarmiDev is an educational project. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, for service interruptions or for the content of third-party sites.

Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the platform whenever you want and ask us to delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.

Changes to these terms

If we change them, we will update the date above. If you keep using the platform after a change, you accept the new version.
